What exactly do you deliver vs. what does my team do?

We guide your team through setting up your own branded sub-account and growth system. You get templates, checklists, working examples, reviews of your configuration, and live guidance. Your team clicks the buttons, adds copy/assets, connects accounts, and operates the system. We don’t manage your inbox, write your ads, or run campaigns for you on an ongoing basis.

What do we need ready before onboarding?

Access to your domain/DNS, business legal details (for SMS registration), Google or Outlook account (for calendars & email), a Facebook Page/Ads account if you run Lead Ads, and the email sending method you’ll use (dedicated sending domain or SMTP). We’ll provide a checklist and walk you through each step. Google/Outlook calendar connections and Facebook Lead Ads syncs are supported within the platform, so bring those logins.

How long does it take to launch?

Typical builds go live in ~10–14 days if your team is responsive. Two items can extend timelines: (1) SMS A2P 10DLC approval—you must register your brand and at least one campaign before texting at scale; (2) Email authentication—DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) must be added and verified for best deliverability. We’ll guide you through both.

How do texting and calling work—and what do we need for compliance?

U.S. business texting requires A2P 10DLC registration (brand + campaign). Opt-out keywords like STOP automatically block further SMS to that contact, and the platform can append “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” to messages where allowed. You’re responsible for consent (TCPA/TSR); we’ll show you where to enable the required settings and language. Carrier and registration fees are pass-through.

How do we set up email so it lands in the inbox?

You can use a dedicated sending domain (recommended) or connect an SMTP provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, SendGrid, Amazon SES). You’ll authenticate your domain with SPF/DKIM and add a DMARC policy; the platform checks alignment at send time. We’ll provide exact records and test sends with you.

Can we keep our current calendars and email?

Yes—connect Google or Outlook for two-way calendar sync and use Google/Outlook for email (direct integrations), or bring another SMTP. We’ll help you choose the simplest path and verify sync.

How do leads from Facebook/Instagram get into the CRM?

Connect your Facebook Page/Ad Account once; new Facebook Lead Ads submissions sync straight into your CRM and can trigger automations, pipelines, and follow-ups. We’ll test each form and map fields with you.

Can we request and manage reviews?

Yes—the platform includes Reputation/Reviews tools. You can connect Google (and others), send review requests by SMS/email, and manage responses in one place. We’ll help you customize the messages and reporting.

Who owns our data, and can we export it?

You own your data. Contacts (and other records) can be exported to CSV from your sub-account at any time. We’ll show your team how to export and back up routinely.

How are users and permissions handled?

Each location (sub-account) has granular roles/permissions so admins can limit access to pipelines, calendars, conversations, etc. We’ll help you set up roles and “assigned data only” rules for your team.

Do you replace all our existing tools?

Often you’ll consolidate forms, scheduling, inbox, basic payments, review requests, and reporting into one platform. If a specialty tool is essential, we’ll integrate it or keep it parallel—your call.

What support do we get after launch?

You get access to office hours, SOPs, and short trainings. We answer questions, review your setup, and suggest optimizations. Ongoing growth work (ads, content, email writing, day-to-day inboxing) remains with your team—we coach and QA.

What costs should we expect beyond our subscription?

Messaging and carrier fees for A2P 10DLC (and email-sending provider fees if using a third-party SMTP) are pass-through. We’ll show you where those appear in your billing dashboard and how to forecast usage.

What results should we expect?
