Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Dependable Call Exchange (d/b/a “Dependable Consulting”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and services (the “Services”).
If you use our platform on behalf of a business, that business is responsible for its own privacy practices toward its customers and contacts. We act as that business’s service provider/processor for data they load into the platform.

When we act as a processor for our customers, we process personal information according to their instructions and our data processing terms.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Unless a longer period is required, we aim to delete or de-identify routine operational data after 24 months of inactivity. Customers may control retention within their accounts and request deletion earlier.
Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls with least-privilege, multi-factor authentication for staff, continuous logging, and vendor due diligence.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; please safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement supplementary measures.
