For buyers

Vet every source. Buy only the calls worth buying.

Dependable Call Exchange shows you real, live performance for every traffic source in your verticals — including which sources are truly direct and which are brokers — and lets you toggle each one on or off yourself. Each call is priced by a real-time auction — you pay your bid, only for the calls you receive.

Set your call types and geographies, pay per billable call, and route only the sources that earn it.

Source approvals

Nothing routes until you approve it

A source offered to your campaign waits in the approvals queue until you activate or reject it — and a decided source stays yours to pause, resume, or deactivate. That decision, with your acknowledgment, is recorded on the source.

The buyer portal's source approvals queue: filter chips for pending, active, paused, and deactivated sources, batch review actions, and one source awaiting the buyer's decision with Activate and Reject controls.
Sample data The approvals queue in the buyer portal: a pending source awaiting your decision. In the portal's own words: “Each row is a DCE source display name — the underlying publisher is never shown.”

Visibility and control

What you see before you turn a source on

The buyer portal's campaign sources view: two source cards labeled Source K41T07 and Source Q28S49, both marked live, each with campaign and destination routing toggles and per-source figures — 2:48 average billable talk time over 6 calls at 17% conversion, and 2:15 over 5 calls at 40% conversion.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Sourcing Can I choose which sources I get calls from?

Yes. You see live performance for every source feeding your verticals and toggle each one on or off yourself — vet a source before you turn it on, and switch it off the moment its numbers slip. Calls from sources you've turned off never reach you.

Transparency Can I tell which sources are direct and which are brokers?

Yes. Most “direct publishers” in pay-per-call are actually aggregators or brokers reselling someone else's traffic. In the platform you see each source's true status and how many hands your calls passed through before they reached you — so you can favor genuinely direct sources and price the rest accordingly.

Quality Do you review calls for quality and compliance?

Every call is QA'd by a combination of AI and human agents. Quality and compliance issues surface before they reach you — we catch them first, so you're not the one discovering a problem after you've paid for it.

Bidding How does bidding work?

You configure the call types, geographies, and hours you want and what each qualifying call is worth to you. The exchange runs a real-time auction per inbound call and routes each one to the buyer whose criteria and bid win it.

Billing How am I billed?

Per qualifying call. Each routed call is logged with its call data, and you reconcile against that shared record — the same record the originating publisher settles against.

Setup What does it cost to get set up?

No setup fee and no minimums. What each call costs depends on your verticals, volume, and routing criteria — ask us and we will scope it with you directly.
