Terms of Service

Effective date: June 16, 2026

These terms are a standard scaffold pending final legal review (PRD §14). They will be updated with counsel-reviewed language before launch.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://dependablecalls.com (the “Site”), operated by Dependable Call Exchange LLC (“DCE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Florida LLC (private, for-profit). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The service

DCE operates a business-to-business pay-per-call lead exchange. We connect business publishers (who originate inbound phone calls) with business buyers (who purchase qualified inbound calls), and we route and meter those calls between them. The Site itself is a public marketing and compliance presence: it describes the business, lets businesses contact us, and lets them opt in to operational messaging about their account.

DCE is not a consumer service. We do not sell consumer products, generate consumer quotes, or solicit consumers. Our verticals are B2B call-routing categories, not consumer offers.

3. Eligibility & accounts

The Site and the exchange are intended for businesses and the people authorized to act on their behalf. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • submit false, misleading, or non-consented contact information;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Site or its APIs;
  • infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or
  • use the Site in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier (CTIA/10DLC) rules, or other applicable law.

5. Messaging & consent

If you opt in to SMS or email through our contact form, your consent and our messaging practices are governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. SMS and email opt-ins are separate and independent; you may decline either or both. You can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the DCE name and marks are owned by Dependable Call Exchange LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended business purpose. All other rights are reserved.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. (Pending legal review — PRD §14.)

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dependable Call Exchange LLC and its officers, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. (Pending legal review — PRD §14.)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dependable Call Exchange LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms. (Pending legal review — PRD §14.)

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida, to the extent permitted by law. (Pending legal review — PRD §14.)

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
