How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message — STOP
is our registered opt-out keyword and triggers a confirmation. For help, reply
HELP. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message
or by emailing [email protected]. See our
SMS Terms for the full keyword set.
Data retention
We retain consent records for as long as needed to document your opt-in and to meet our legal
obligations. The specific retention period is pending legal review (PRD §14).
Automated checking of documents you submit
If you are a publisher or buyer with a DCE account, tax and compliance documents you upload to
us (for example IRS Forms W-9 and W-8) may be checked by an automated document-analysis service
provided by Anthropic, PBC, which processes them on our behalf.
It is used for one purpose: reading the form to confirm it is complete, signed, and consistent
with the account details you have given us. Your documents are not used to
train any AI model, and we do not sell or share them.
The result of that check may be applied automatically — a complete, consistent form can be
accepted without waiting for a person, and one with a missing signature, an expired form
revision, or a mismatched name may be returned to you for correction. Anything the check cannot
resolve is reviewed by a person. You can ask for a person to review any automated
outcome, at any time, by emailing
[email protected].
Company Spotlight submissions
If you apply for a Company Spotlight, we collect what you
tell us about your company — its name, website, market, verticals, and the answers you write —
along with your name, job title, and business email address, and the date, time, IP address,
and browser user-agent of each submission as proof of the confirmations you tick. If you reach
the second stage, you may also send us quotes and images.
What is for publication and what is not is decided before anything is processed.
The material about your company is submitted for publication and may appear on a profile page.
Your name, job title, and business email address are used only so we can talk to you about the
submission: they are not published, and they are not sent to
our AI provider.
Drafting is assisted by an AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC, which
processes that material on our behalf and receives only what is a candidate
for publication. Your submission is not used to train any AI model, and we do
not sell or share it. Nothing publishes automatically: a person at Dependable Call Exchange LLC reads
and approves every profile before it goes live, and every published profile says so on the page.
We keep your submission, and the record of the confirmations you ticked, for as long as we need
them to run the programme and to document what you agreed to.
The specific retention periods are pending legal review. You can ask us to correct or
remove a profile at any time and we do not require a reason — email
[email protected]. The
Company Spotlight policy sets out what we edit, and what
we do and do not verify.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to this
website. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores
nothing on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile
of you. It records only aggregate, non-identifying page metrics, and it runs on every page.
With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our
marketing pages (for example, aggregated click and scroll patterns) so we can improve the site.
Clarity sets cookies and is provided by Microsoft, which processes this data
on our behalf. It is off by default and loads only if you accept
our cookie banner; you can decline, and we remember your choice. We configure Clarity to mask
text and form input, and we do not run it on the contact, sign-up, or legal
pages — so the information you type into our opt-in forms is never sent to Clarity. We do not
use Clarity to sell or share your data, and it has no effect on your SMS or email consent.
Details of the specific cookies, and how to withdraw consent, are on our
Cookie Policy.
Also with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic
to our marketing pages — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and which
sources they arrive from — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies
and is provided by Google, which processes this data on our behalf. It is
off by default and loads only if you accept the same cookie
banner; the one choice covers both tools, and you can decline. We do not run it
on the contact, sign-up, or legal pages, we do not use it to sell or share your data, and it has
no effect on your SMS or email consent. The specific cookies, and how to withdraw consent, are on
our Cookie Policy.
