Dependable Call Exchange LLC routes inbound calls and live transfers between publishers and the buyers who purchase them. This board is read from the exchange itself — a campaign leaves it the moment it stops accepting traffic. Commercial terms are set with you at approval, not posted here.

How you get on a campaign
Step 2
Pick a category and apply
Inside the exchange you apply per campaign and per traffic type. Each one asks how the traffic is made and how consent is captured, and you attach the supporting material.
Step 3
A person reviews it
A reviewer accepts or returns the application with a reason. Approval sets your commercial terms — DCE sets those at approval, never on a public page.
Step 4
Sign the insertion order
A per-campaign insertion order is generated for signature. Signing it issues your tracking key or a dedicated DCE number, and the campaign goes live for you.
