SMS messaging terms
Operational messaging program — Dependable Call Exchange LLC.
Program
Dependable Call Exchange LLC operates the Dependable Call Exchange messaging program. These terms describe the text messages we send to business contacts who opt in, and how you control them.
Message types and frequency
Messages are operational, account, and billing notifications related to your account and your call traffic with us — for example, account confirmations, call or invoice notices, and service updates. We do not send advertising.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS box on our contact form. The wording you agree to is:
By checking this box, I agree to receive operational and transactional SMS messages from Dependable Call Exchange LLC at the phone number I provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Any partner onboarding or signed exchange agreement you may have with us is an existing-business relationship for context only — it is not, by itself, your SMS opt-in. The checkbox above is the opt-in of record.
Opt out: reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. STOP triggers a one-time confirmation message and then ends further messages to your number. STOP is the registered opt-out mechanism for this program.
We honor the standard carrier keyword set. To opt out, reply any of: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
Get help: reply HELP
Reply HELP (or INFO) for help. You can also contact support at [email protected] or +1 716-525-5245.
Your phone number and consent data
Dependable Call Exchange LLC does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties. Your consent to receive text messages is used only to operate this messaging program.
