Dependable Call Exchange LLC runs a moderated room for people who actually work in pay-per-call — advertisers, publishers, call centers, and the operators in between. It is where someone posts the volume they need at 9am and has a real conversation by lunch.

What it is

Most industry chat rooms die the same way: no structure, no moderation, and eventually more people selling into the room than working in it. This one is split into topics with a posting format, and the rules are enforced. The point is that a request you write in thirty seconds gets a useful reply, and that you can find out whether someone is worth working with before you send them volume.

It is free, and it is not a Dependable Call Exchange LLC product. Plenty of members have never routed a call through the exchange.

The busiest room, and the reason most people join. Post what you need — inventory, a campaign, an introduction, or help with tracking and routing — using the required template. One request per post, and replies happen privately.

Counterparty questions

Ask whether anyone has worked with a company or a contact before you scale with them. Every request uses a required format, and the standing rule is proof-based warnings only: receipts, dates, what actually happened. No smear campaigns.

How to post a request

Dispatch & Requests uses a required template, and posts that follow it get answered fastest. One request per post. Replies happen privately — when yours is handled, edit the first line to [FILLED].

The bar is simple: can someone act on this in under a minute? If not, rewrite it before you send it.

House rules

  1. Be specific, or do not post. Include enough for someone to act on it in under a minute.
  2. No doxxing and no personal data. No government IDs, bank details, private recordings, or anything else that is not business-level.
  3. Proof-based warnings only. If you are flagging someone, bring receipts — screenshots, dates, what happened. Nothing heard second-hand presented as fact.
  4. No public pile-ons. If it becomes a dispute, keep it calm and evidence-based; admins may ask you to move it to DMs.
  5. No spam and no link-dumping without context. Say what it is, who it is for, and what the constraints are.
  6. Respect confidentiality. No private partner terms, buyer lists, or proprietary routing details without permission.
  7. Keep it professional. No harassment, threats, or hate. If you cannot collaborate, you cannot stay.

Admins remove posts that break these, ask for edits, and remove people who keep breaking them. The goal is not policing — it is keeping the room worth reading.

  • Consistent terms, put in writing.
  • Willingness to start small and scale once quality is proven.
  • Transparent payment terms and timelines.

Slow down

  • Will not identify the company or who owns it.
  • Wants volume first and paperwork later.
  • Terms keep changing, and specifics never arrive.
  • Payment excuses, delays, and "just trust me".
  • Asks for sensitive data or account access.
