Frequently asked questions

How the exchange works for buyers and publishers, how billing and payouts are settled, and how Dependable Call Exchange LLC handles your data and messaging. Every answer reflects how the business actually operates — a B2B call-routing exchange, not a consumer quote product.

General What is Dependable Call Exchange?

Dependable Call Exchange LLC is a business-to-business pay-per-call exchange. We route inbound phone calls between two kinds of business partners — publishers, who originate inbound caller traffic, and buyers, who purchase qualifying inbound calls. We are a call-routing service for our partners. We are not a consumer lead-generation, quote, or offer product: we do not sell consumer products and we do not market to consumers.

General Who uses the exchange?

Two sides. Buyers are businesses that want qualified inbound phone calls — they configure the call types and geographies they want and pay per connected, qualifying call. Publishers are advertising and media partners who run their own compliant campaigns and send the inbound calls those campaigns produce into the exchange. The exchange matches and routes each call between the two sides in real time.

Buyers As a buyer, how do I receive calls and stay in control of quality?

You set the call types, geographies, and hours you want and what each qualifying call is worth to you. The exchange runs a real-time auction on each inbound call and connects the one that fits your criteria. You see real, live per-source performance — conversion, quality, and volume — for every source feeding your verticals, and you toggle each source on or off yourself. Only the sources you have enabled are eligible to route you a call.

Buyers As a buyer, how am I billed?

Per qualifying call. Each routed call is logged once at the price you bid, and you reconcile against that shared record — the same per-call record the originating publisher settles against. There are no impressions, no form fills, and no minimums. Buyers start on prepay, and established buyers can apply for credit terms.

Publishers As a publisher, how do I send traffic and how am I paid?

You send your compliant, consented inbound calls into the exchange, and we route each live call to the buyer bidding for that category — by vertical, in real time. You are paid per billable call for the calls that qualify under the buyer routing criteria, on monthly net-30 terms, settled against the same per-call record the buyer is billed on. Specific payout rates are kept private to each partner and depend on the call category, live buyer demand, and call quality.

Buyers How does call vetting and source control work?

Buyers do not take whatever the exchange sends. Each buyer sees real, live performance for every source feeding their verticals and toggles each source on or off themselves — you vet a source before you turn it on, and switch it off the moment its numbers slip. Calls from sources you have turned off never connect to you.

General Do you text or call consumers?

No. Any text messages we send are operational and account-related — for example confirming a partner's account or a routing change — to publishers and buyers we already work with. They are not marketing blasts, and we do not message consumers. Messaging is opt-in: reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

General How is my data handled?

Your contact details are never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. We use them to operate your partner relationship with the exchange and to send the account-related messages you opt into.

General Where do I log in to my partner account?

Approved buyers, publishers, and referral partners sign in to DCE Exchange at exchange.dependablecalls.com. That is the only address that will ever ask you for your partner password — Dependable Call Exchange LLC will never request it by email, text message, or phone. Partner accounts are created after an application is approved, so if you have not applied yet, start an application first.

General Is there a community where pay-per-call operators talk to each other?

Yes. Dependable Call Exchange LLC runs a moderated room on Telegram for people working in pay-per-call — advertisers, publishers, call centers, and the operators in between. It is split into topics with a required posting format, and it is free to join. It is not a vetting service and membership is not a certification: Dependable Call Exchange LLC does not verify or endorse what members post there. Requesting an invite is a separate step from applying to the exchange, and you do not need to be a partner to join.

General How do I get in touch?
